Monitoring

We have made changes to resolve the issue with the Parallels desktop client. It could take up to an hour for the changes we made to propagate to all of the servers. If you still cannot access the desktop client, use the web platform at https://webplatform.tc2000.com/ for now and try the client again later.

Update

The issue appears to be restricted to the Parallels client app only, and not the Web Platform. Until we get this issue resolved you can run the Web Platform at https://webplatform.tc2000.com/

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with the TC2000 Web Platform.

The Windows desktop version is operational and can be installed from https://www.tc2000.com/download.

Brokerage clients who use Parallels can manage orders and positions through either of the following:
The client portal at https://www.tc2000.com/brokerage/accountportal.
Trader Workstation at https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=16040&ns=T
